A dynamic and self-motivated IT Professional who is detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with over a decade’s experience in the IT industry covering a gamut of functions including DevOps, Hosting, IT Infrastructure, Support Management, Database Administration, IT Security, and MIS. Presently, I am serving as the Manager at Netstarter, an award-winning Sydney and Melbourne-based eCommerce Agency. My responsibility includes overseeing DevOps, Infrastructure and IT Support areas while representing the Management Team in these core areas of the business. I am a visiting lecturer at the National Institute of Business Management and National School of Business Management.I commenced my career as a Programme Analyst, and within a very short time frame, I was able to climb the corporate ladder and secure managerial positions due to my expertise in the IT field and solid knowledge in the latest technologies. In addition, my strong technical leadership and people management skills have paved the way for me to remain at the top. My key skills include solid communication, analytical skills, and multi-tasking ability with effective project management and a thorough understanding of product development and successful problem definition, decomposition, estimation, and resolution. These skills together with my experience have helped me to exponentially grow in my career.I have obtained an MSc in IT from the University of Dublin with a Second Class Honors, Grade 1. I also hold a BSc (Hons) First class from the same university and was also awarded the Gold Medal and UCD award for emerging as the Best Performer in the batch. I am a Certified Red Hat Expert in Hybrid Cloud Storage, Red Hat Certified Engineer on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, Oracle Certified Professional and a Java SE 6 Programmer.
