- Coordinating all processes for new referrals- review and confirm accuracy of insurance information in an effort to expedite claim payments. Determine any improvements and implement changes with all therapists.
- Maintain and review all patient file regarding any updates in insurance as well as delayed claim payments and/or adjustments.
- Time sensitive filling to Medicaid for patient authorizations
- Prepare and maintain reports of all Early Interventionist billing to measure full capacity of caseloads and to forecast future revenue gain/loss
- Coordinate all human resources activities.
- Liaison between therapists and early interventionist to improve communication regarding the patients
