Rupe Prasad is a Partner and Leader of PBI’s Pension Administration Practice. She is also a Senior Consultant specializing in defined benefit and multi-employer pension plan administration. Rupe has over 20 years of experience consulting on administrative issues to Pension Committees and Boards of Trustees. Prior to joining PBI, she worked as a senior administrator at a global pension and benefits consulting firm providing administration consulting services to corporate and multi-employer pension and benefit plans.She holds a Bachelor of Science, with a major in mathematics from Simon Fraser University, and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation co-sponsored through the International Foundation and Dalhousie University. Rupe has served as the President of the BC Chapter for the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS) and is an active member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP) and the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute (CPBI). She can be seen as a speaker at various industry events and is the author of several publications related to pensions.
