Leveraging on the experience of working with a number of clients over the years in similar recovery scenario, working in house and bringing solutions to life and implementing them is a great cycle of experience and a new learning opportunity. Interserve disposed of the majority of its business, the FM business, to Mitie in late 2020.

Responsible for the Midlands People Advisory Team in EY, that brings a range of people solutions to our clients, covering areas such as Employment Tax, Global Mobility, and Performance, Systems and Talent in addition to Reward offerings

I lead the reward practice for PwC in Yorkshire and the North East, previously having led the Midlands reward practice. With over 19 years practical experience and a degree in Law, my experience is wide ranging, but includes: (i) design and implementation of all types of share incentive arrangement (e.g. EMI, CSOP, SAYE, SIP) (ii) Bespoke incentive arrangements to cover both the listed and private company space(iii) Benchmarking and job evaluation services(iv) Remuneration strategy (v), Remuneration Committtee advice for both listed companies and other sectors, (vi) Management team advice and deal related reward advice.My experience has been gained working in different offices in the UK for a wide mix of clients, to develop a style to deliver practical, usable advice in an area currently under public scrutiny and that often that has sensitivities between different stakeholder interests.
