Responsibilities/Tasks➤ Develop and maintain detailed computer models of the die attach process using software tools like finite element analysis (FEA). These models simulate the physical behaviour of the process.➤ Perform simulations to optimize the die attach process parameters.➤ Analyze mechanical stresses and strains in the die and substrate during and after attachment, ensuring that the assembly remains mechanically stable and reliable.

Responsibilities/Tasks➤ FEA modelling of complete electric powertrain and Normal mode analysis of complete electric powertrain.➤ Mount boss and Bearing seat Local Dynamic Stiffness (LDAS) evaluation of complete electric powertrain and provided recommendations to meet the targets.➤ Structure borne noise evaluation of Complete electric powertrain for Gear mesh excitation and Electro-Magnetic excitation and provided recommendations to meet the targets.➤ Air borne noise evaluation of Complete electric powertrain for Gear mesh excitation and Electro-Magnetic excitation and provided recommendations to meet the targets.➤ Mount and Bearing seat LDAS Topology Optimization for rib design on Housings and Topology Optimization of inverter cover for frequency and mass Optimization.➤ Achieved good Test and CAE correlation of Structure borne noise and Air borne noise of Electric powertrain with best CAE practices.➤ Benchmarking of complete electric powertrain for NVH like Mount boss Stiffness, Global stiffness of assembly, EMA of stator and Rotor.➤ Collabarating with NVH testing and Design Teams for Product development of E-axles.➤ Having work experience with global customers like BMW and Audi on E-Axles.➤Handling and delivering the E-axle projects with great quality for NVH and Dynamic refinement point of view as per the project timelines.
