PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES• Recognize daily support needs at a high level and ensuring that they are met.• Launch the Clever set up for new and current customers in preparation for the school year.• Deliver direct technical support by responding to customer telephone calls and email cases when needed.• Assist with managing client relationships, ensure client’s satisfaction.• Manage more than 25+ cases at a time for set ups.• QA customer data as needed to ensure compatibility with Achieve3000 systems.• Maintain records using Salesforce as needed.• Reconcile individual user profiles to ensure optimal district program instance for new school year.• Troubleshoot roster/sign on issues as they arise.• Escalate any complaints or implementation delays to the assigned Roster Advisor in a timely manner.ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBLITIES• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes initiative.• Maintains flexibility and reacts to change appropriately.• Receives and acts on feedback and lessons learned for continual professional improvement and development.• Takes measures to enhance body of knowledge and skill set through training.• Other duties as assigned.
