HomeGoods Distribution Services - Daily supervision of a production area consisting of 40-60 associates. Daily supervision of a support department. I train, coach, develop, and evaluate associates and other supervisors in my department to ensure the department goals and outputs are met daily. I work other processing areas when coverage is required. Daily reporting of production projection and output. Daily partnering with other departments to ensure work flow. Partner with other supervisors, managers, and human resources when required. On boarding new supervisors when added to the production area. Mentoring other supervisors to help give different perspectives on how to successfully manage a production area. Report issues to equipment and manage downtime accordingly. Maintain supply levels for multiple areas so that work flow is uninterrupted. Manage daily paperwork reports and forms.
