Managed numerous real estate consulting engagements for the corporate real estate practice in Los Angeles.• Led review of compliance, business practice and governance of capital projects for an $8 bn. biotechnology corporation, recommending planning, design, and execution changes to improve contract management, project controls and processes.• Managed cost reduction on CapEx associated with tenant improvement projects on a REIT’s portfolio of office buildings, including value engineering, bulk purchasing, and competitive bidding.• Managed strategic scope and cost reduction on multi-billion dollar annual CapEx and OpEx program for mobile site development, including leasing, design and construction, saving $147 mm for a major wireless carrier.• Managed a risk assessment of program management, cost, and controls on a $2.4 bn. bond initiative for new and existing schools at a large school district, making recommendations to the Inspector General and the Oversight Committee for cost control, reporting structure, outsourcing and use of project management firms, and financial systems.

engineering from ground-breaking to commissioning. • Supported construction and site engineering for a $40 mm. hydrogen plant in Martinez, CA and a $20 mm. ethylene plant 
in Houston, TX.
