After 23 years in NYC at a multinational law firm defending corporations in products liability, mass tort, and consumer fraud cases across the country, I moved home to Missouri. I now provide companies with the same nationwide services I did as a BigLaw partner, but at St. Louis rates. I have taught aggregate litigation at Washington University School of Law for ten years. I'm a member of the American Law Institute, and I write a blog about defending aggregate litigation: noclasslawyer.com. I also advise C-suite executives on legislation, regulation, and policy initiatives, and help companies explain legal developments to their stakeholders. In addition, I assist clients with self-regulation of their advertising and defend advertisers against challenges before industry tribunals.
