I particularly focus on advising the education and charitable sector. I have extensive experience in the employment tribunal process having managed a specialist team of employment lawyers in leeds who advised businesses and individuals under their legal expenses insurance. I regularly undertake advocacy in the Employment Tribunal and advise businesses throughout the Employment Tribunal process. I provide specialist training to employers, HR professionals and line managers on a wide range of topics from TUPE, to IR35 to employment litigation. I regularly present at Employment update seminars and HR forums for clients and third parties. Myself and my team offer clients a range of tailored Employment services to meet their specific HR needs.
