Generate and implement creative strategy for outreach and education between production studios, content platforms, producers and government policy• Work with territory governments on local, county, state and sometimes federal level to shape policy that is attractive to filmmakers but also benefits local economy• Educate and engage both in Los Angeles and worldwide on film incentive programs including smart practices, economic footprint and legislative process• Spearhead PR, plan events, oversee advertising budget, social media, websites, press releases, pursue trade articles, hold media training events • Start-up Film Business Alliance in New Mexico representing largest in state vendor ABQ Studios• Identify and entice crew development• Create, design and market film and television production supply support services group• Serve as the a key leader for multiple organizations within Pacifica Ventures• Partner with executive leadership to ensure employee and business needs are met, focusing on organizational design, change leadership, and talent management in a rapidly growing company• Lead development and implementation in all areas to grow the business using flexibility and versatility• Design business and talent initiatives that support short and long-term business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence• Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee and management matters• Act as an executive coach for key clients and leaders; hold a high bar for leadership values and behaviors• Influence and/or deploy practices to increase client engagement and satisfaction• Model and reinforce Pacifica Ventures’ cultural values of being kind, smart and innovative
