I have implicit faith that the solutions and insight reside within each of us. I provide a secure and empathetic environment for healing and personal growth.I've significantly altered the course of my own life, enabling me to assist my clients on their journeys. I accomplish this while embodying the quiet demeanor of an introvert who values organization, simplicity & precision.My background lies in the medical field, where I served as a Paramedic responding to 999 emergencies. However, due to my personal health challenges, I transitioned into a career as a Body Worker and, subsequently, a trauma-informed relational therapist.My perspective is influenced by the teachings of Dr. Gabor Mate, with whom I've been connected since 2020. I draw inspiration from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Inner Childwork, Energywork, Breathwork & the use of psychedelics.My own personal journey has been marked by struggles with drug addiction, experiences of sexual trauma, coping with loss & grief, managing anxiety, battling low self esteem, unable to say 'no' and pushing through emotional & physical pain.When working alongside clients we are on a playful yet deep journey of 1) peeling back the layers to discover the real or true self, 2) reframing the so often-heard statement 'What's wrong with me!' to a curious one of "What happened to me?" and 3) stepping into a place of 100% responsibility because this is where the change happens.
