Ruth is currently a senior analyst within HR consulting sitting in Deloittes market-leading Technology and Transformation practice. She has worked with several private sector clients to help complete large-scale HR transformations. Ruth has experience with working in end-to-end HR Shared Service transformations and has provided end to end support to clients throughout the process. Ruth is part of the overall HRC events planning team and has played a vital role in planning large scale events whilst also hosting several panels with different partners since joining the firm. This is particularly an interest as she enjoys learning about the latest insights and trends within HRC.
