I am an enthusiastic educator with superb leadership and communication skills. I have had multiple opportunities to showcase my leadership skills. I successfully led a team of 4-6 teachers as a team leader for many years. I was the fourth-grade math curriculum coordinator/facilitator and lesson plan developer during the Broward School's initiative, the Uncommon School Program. I easily cultivate trusting and productive relationships with colleagues. I have mentored future teachers as a clinical educator. I also serve as a substitute teacher at North Community Schools teaching GED and ESOL classes. I was recognized as one of Florida's High Impact teachers. Teaching is not just a profession for me; it is the passion that drives my dedication to positively impacting learners of all ages.
