As Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operations completed many tasks associated with administrative duties.Update clients' files to reflect most updated credit bureau report information. Ensure letters to creditors and credit bureaus are sent in a timely manner and are on target with clients' credit goals. Advise consultants on any areas needing attention in their clients' credit profiles. Initiate letters to remove dispute remarks on clients' credit files so they are able to move forward with loan closings. Train new research associates in how to read credit reports and proper processes and procedures for their position at White, Jacobs & Associates, as well as assist current research associates with same. Set up new clients' information in system, as well as inactivate files. Work with accounting to ensure clients are processed. Assist the documents department with the creation of clients' identification documents for the credit bureaus and assist with the maintaining of the identification documents.

As a facilitator I worked within the contractor's facility to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of our manufactured apparel. I was responsible for our product being sent within a timely manner to our customers. I oversaw the manufacturing to facilitate it being manufactured to specifications, as detailed and on time. I was the liaison between Varsity Brands and the contractor. I assisted with time studies to ensure pay ratios were just and precise. I oversaw shipping and receiving to ensure stock and final product were received and shipped to precision. I ran reports and created data for the contractor and Varsity Brands. I oversaw the manufacturing of our apparel from the time the order was received to the time the order shipped.
