• Managing a team of up to 20 PT/FT FTE’s with an approximate 3.5m debt portfolio• Minimising company losses using effective collection of the debt• Query resolution and escalations, customer meetings• Motivate and encourage the team, to achieve individual measures whilst balancing personal needs against the needs of the business • Utilise varying skill levels to assist with resolving complex disputes, upskilling and coaching• Quarterly/Monthly 121 meetings• Performance/behaviour management including disciplinary actions were appropriate• Monitor performance against cash collection targets, debt reduction and calls made• Weekly and monthly reporting on cash collection, debt and queries for the team to management and regional managersI am responsible for the performance management of my team members, identifying and supporting any coaching needs, and their continuous development to improve standards within the Managed Collections team. This is achieved by promoting and encouraging Best Practice behaviors and drive for consistency through regular feedback in both individual and team coaching sessions. I have a robust approach to measuring performance and quality for each individual and encourage open conversations to identify and resolve any knowledge gaps.
