Experienced in the third and not for profit sector I work with a number of different organisations in a consultancy capacity, supporting practical actions for those experiencing difficulties as well as challenging systemic injustice. In acknowledging the Intersectionality of poverty and injustice I have been involved in a range of initiatives (mental health, disability, housing, education & employment, social enterprise) helping to develop creative solutions, share good practice, cascade learning and increase positive impact. In recognising the potential and capacity of those too often defined as "needy" or "vulnerable," in working in genuine collaborations and in challenging systemic injustice I believe we can make real and significant progress.
