I'm the GM, executive producer, and anchor of Mission Network News, an award-winning radio news feature. I came to Mission Network News in Grand Rapids in 1997. I hope to provide quality news and information programming that will ultimately recruit Christians to get involved in ministry. A 36-year broadcast veteran, I'm responsible for what goes into the production phases of the broadcast that gives Mission Network News the professional sound we're committed to. As executive producer, I handle the making of Mission Network News, gathering stories, ideas, serving as both audio and content producer. I gather audio for the daily 5-minute, 2-minute and 1-minute features. I also make sure the finished broadcast is available on the internet and other mobile platforms.As content producer, I manage the writing team, assign stories, organize topic choices, research and write stories and maintain the overall program content.

I oversee the making of Mission Network News. As executive producer, I handle audio/creative, web content production. I write, interview, assign the stories, and handle program content.

I developed the news programming to include public affairs, beat reporting and an intern program. Anchored morning and afternoon drive and hosted midday program.
