In this role, I receive training and gain applicable experience within Special Collections and Rare Book Libraries, as well as academic libraries. Currently, I am the lead processor of the Sterling A. Brown collection and have experience with Alma and ArchivesSpace, as well as EAD, DACS, MARC, and other metadata descriptive standards. I am working towards a Masters in Library and Information Science with a concentration in Archival Management from Simmons University and will graduate in May of 2024. I am an experienced library assistant with a B.A. from Williams College, where I majored in History and French. My research interests concern 20th Century American social movements, print and material culture, Lesbian and queer literary presses, and "the library" as a location of historical (and continued) exclusion.
