My aspiration is to be a key member of a forward thinking management team to drive commercially sound business decisions.As a qualified accountant with more than 20 years post qualification experience, I have managed and developed teams within both Financial Controls and Financial Analysis across a broad range of industries. These roles have involved liaising with stakeholders to understand complex business issues, analyzing data and ultimately proposing commercially viable solutions for Board approval. Prior to this I worked as a project manager delivering transformational initiatives to time, scope and budget, following the Aegon Change Process. This in turn required the management and coaching of virtual teams, regular status reporting to key stakeholders and resolution and communication of risks and issues.
