As well as spearheading the pre-construction department, co-ordinating tenders, managing technical, commericial and procurement activities,I am also heavily involved in the successful handover, known as the Government Soft Landings process. I ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects at any given time to the value of £200m. I provide strategic direction, monitor delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives. I responsible for implementing appropriate programme delivery environments, including people, organisation, process, information and technology such as BIM. I actively promote and influence quality and service excellence in all communicationsand programme interactions.I have extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of major construction works/infrastructure projects and programmes. I have strong commercial and financial acumen and outstanding leadership and management experience of large and diverse teams.I am responsible for project budgets and ensure operations are fiscally and ethically viable, and meet organisational and legislative compliance obligations. I support the operations director and other senior stakeholders to directly influence long term development of strategy.Centered in my professional life has been forging and managing successful relationships with key stakeholders, being innovate and seeking to implement best practice in everything I do.
