My client base is broad and includes the Charity Sector, Wealth Management, Insurance, Tradespeople, and Recruitment Agencies.Part of my role requires regularly communicating promptly and professionally with my clients and other team members via email and video chat to meet project deadlines.I have experience using social media scheduling software such as Facebook Business Manager, Sprout Social, and Gain to schedule posts across all the major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Using Canva and Adobe Photoshop for social media content creation, logo design, business branding and other marketing materials such as business cards and event posters.Keeping on top of social media trends to create a diverse array of content tailored to the individual needs of my clients and their businesses. I also have experience in video editing via Adobe Premier Rush and Capcut.My current role requires research, including gathering and reviewing information, analysing data, applying the data to the project and presenting it in a user-friendly way, such as in newsletters or social media posts.I regularly provide written copy for monthly newsletters and social media posts for many of my clients, making sure to reflect the needs and identity of each of the different businesses.Through this job, I have extensively used the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Google Suite.

General weekly volunteer at Feathers and Fur Falconry. Job roles include handling the birds, flying them, weighing them, preparing their food, and cleaning their aviaries. Other duties include customer service, working in the gift shop, and educating members of the public, graphic design elements such as leaflets and calendars.

I am currently working as a wildlife artist. I sell my original drawings online and at in-person events and create a range of homewares and stationery from my designs. To do this, I use Excel, Google spreadsheets, and databases such as Notion and Mailchimp.I designed and maintain my Website, including an e-commerce section in order to sell my art and homewares. I am also familiar with SEO optimisation and Google Analytics.As my store has an e-commerce centre (sending out more than 100 packages a year), I understand order fulfilment, postage, national and international shipping logistics, and international customs requirements well.
