Responsible for assisting with a number of projects varying in size for the Offshore Wind Team managing a number of different tasks for each of the projects assigned to me under sometimes difficult time constraints.For a number of the projects, I act in the role of Document Controller, which involves the submission of drawings and documents using a document management system, ensuring they adhere to the Project Quality Plan, and have followed the strict quality assurance process, whilst remaining calm under pressure of strict deadlines.Dealing with project administration including monitoring time input, expenses and updating project registers, receiving and recording all incoming and outgoing documentation.Dealing with responses from third parties/company in relation to deliverables such as drawings, and reports, and ensuring the teams respond within timescales set. Dealing with various delays on deliverables, chasing up responses from internal and external interfaces. I assist various Project Managers with monthly invoicing, and reporting, producing payment applications, and monthly reports ensuring the cumulative figures match the project budget, and resolving any errors or issues immediately. One of my tasks involves assisting the Group Head of our team for training, and development needs, ensuring each member of the team has completed the necessary Company training where appropriate. I am also responsible for inducting new members of the team, ensuring they cohere to Health and Safety procedures, and have the correct equipment to work.
