• I currently manage a team of 3 trainers and technical writers that work in the Baltimore, New Jersey and Denver offices of Ballard Spahr. I also manage 1 Quality Assurance Analyst that works in the Philadelphia office..
• Work with training staff, office administrators and administrative departments to develop and provide classroom, WebEx, one-on-one training and seminars for firm applications.
• Create and publish computer training schedules.
• Develop and implement methods for obtaining optimal attendance at training sessions.
• Work with training staff to create, test and update training materials including training outlines, quick reference guides, quick reference cards and eLearning clips.
• Manage QA testing of software to provide appropriate and effective training programs.

I have been with Ballard Spahr since 1982. I began my career as a legal secretary in the Litigation Department, moved into a temporary training position within the Training Department for a year and then to a secretarial supervisor position for 5 years. Since 1995, I have been a member of the Training Department.I currently supervise the Training.
