Ruth is a commercial lawyer with a special interest in franchising, licensing and intellectual property.Ruth is involved with drafting and advising on all aspects of intellectual property (including protection and commercialisation of the same) and has acted for a variety of franchisors and franchisees, in relation to both retail and service orientated franchise systems. In her 9 years of practice, she has also had a wide range of involvement in numerous other commercial transactions including the negotiation of distribution and supply agreements, as well as the sale and purchase of businesses.
