Improvement Lead
CurrentLeading the improvement team (16 FTE) and member of the management team of IPT Live. The Improvement Lead plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives for the IPT Live Vaccines. Govern the portfolio of improvement projects that range from new product introductions and process improvements to large capital investments. Develop my team and the IPT in the use and application of Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and Change Management tools. Main responsibilities• Managing and developing the Improvement Team, ensuring the development of an effective, focused and strong team by understanding: their abilities and unique contribution to broaden their skill set;• Facilitating in defining and realizing the IPT Strategy derived from the site strategy• Governing of the project portfolio (including new product introductions) and linking improvement initiatives on IPT level to site strategy;• Initiating and managing initiatives for stabilizing and improving production processes; Assuring effective application of Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and Change Management Tools;• Supporting the business with investigating and solving complex cross-functional issues with the right techniques and skills;• Contributing to a data driven decision making process and visualizing problems, progress and results;• Support IPT in performance review and prioritization of the IPT Key Performance Indicators.• Build and maintain strong collaborations with Production, QC, QA, BTS and R&D.
