Project lead for the introduction of Lean 6 Sigma at the Solvent Recovery Plant at MSD Oss. In six month's my team introduced the principles of continuous improvement in the department. We have performed about 10 Kaizens both for production processes and for supporting processes. We have introduced a Tier structure in the department for daily status reporting.The project was succesfully finished in november 2011, but the principles of lean six sigma are still applied in the department.
