Led the HRIT Strategy for migrating the on-premise PeopleSoft HR/Benefits/Payroll to Oracle HCM Cloud, working with 3rd party implementation partner. This was a project that translated 20+ years of home grown addons and several integrations points involving PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, Kronos, Taleo & SalesForce. Worked with Senior Management to develop strategic financial and operational performance targets. Work with 3rd party vendors and offshore teams to deliver the stable product. Responsible for managing the Intranet website that delivered HR, Benefits and paycheck information to 200K+ employees. Procured additional budget to upgrade of the website through detailed ROI analysis and challenged the team to deliver the project in a short period. Created a 5 year roadmap for the Intranet site.Managed a team of operations advocate to mainitian, upgrade and apply patches to PeopleSoft, Kronos, OBIEE and Oracle Financial systems. Identified performance and consolidation opportunities to reduce cost of maintenance, minimize outage and increase uptimes.Responsible for the leading and managing a team of onshore/offshore resources for Macy's D2C fulfillment, utilizing Manhattan associates’ WMS platform. Led the conceptualization and build of new productivity enhancing features to optimize warehouse operations. Managed $12+ MM portfolio which included pick/path optimization, storage optimization, wave less, put away, returns, and replenishments.

Responsible for the rollout of Kronos timekeeping and scheduling system to all stores in Macy's and Bloomingdales. Identified the infrastructure needs for peak holiday hiring and scheduling. Worked very closely with senior management operational performance targets to support the growth. Created a self-service application for associate to pick, swap and advertise shifts. Led the team to create a messaging service to enable store managers to message associates about their schedule and time keeping.

Worked on consolidation of five different Job Requisition module to a single module that addressed all requirements. Involved from the requirement gathering through the implementation of the new module. Developed self-service solutions for store managers to handle HR processes that integrated with Peoplesoft to increase productivity and accuracy of the information.

Technical Team lead for the PeopleSoft Benefits administration, Payroll Interface and HR conversion project for the State of Georgia. Responsibilities included defining the scope of work for each team member, reviewing the completed work, helping with the code development, and maintaining the project plan for the entire technical team.Developed a module for reducing paperwork and complying with SOX audits for file transmission by online forms that encrypted, archived and tracked the transactions.
