I represented and advocated for the Sector to all engagements with the European Commission, European Parliament and EU Member States and was speaker and represented the Industry in international standards forums involving US and China

Under a fixed 3 year term charged with mission of improving the Sector's internal alignment and external advocacy effectiveness, I led a Team of 8 people at ePURE's Secretariat covering technical and regulatory affairs, trade policy, anti-dumping, government affairs, biofuels policy, low carbon fuels transport, strategic communications and sustainability strategy. I was a member of ePURE's Board and reported to the President of the Association. I represented and advocated for the Sector to all engagements with the European Commission, European Parliament and EU Member States and was speaker at several European and International Conferences and Industry Forums. I was also member of the Board of the Global Renewable Fuels Alliance which represented the global bioethanol industry

I ran APCO's Global Energy and Environment Public Affairs Practice, based in Brussels. Responsible for developing and managing public affairs programmes for multinational companies related to EU energy liberalisation, utilities, chemicals. I was also responsible for acting as internal environment and energy policy resource across APCO's 26 offices worldwide and led a global team of 4 people

Ecolabel Consultation Forum, Eu Commission

Based in Brussels, main duties involved organising the consultation process of EU level interest groups (Business Europe, European Environmental Bureau, European Consumers Group, EuroCommerce) in the design and award of product ecolabelling schemes in cooperation with the EU Commission and Member States and regulatory committee processes.

Lead Co-ordinator and Editor of Europe-wide research project on EU Regulation.Designed and led 1 year research project on EU regulation and regulatory reform in the fields of competition policy, telecommunications reform, high technology R&D, trade policy and environmental regulation.
