Over the last 2 decades I have garnered skills across several industries. From my time in the United States Air Force I have years of program management, Operations management, direct personnel supervision, Risk Management and Emergency Management as well as Asset Prptection amd Law Enforcement. After the Military my time as a Personal Banker tought me the financial industry, responsible for holding a Notary stamp, NMLS for loan origination and financial tracking. analysis and planning for consumer and business clients. I moved back to North Carolina and ventured into the trade industry with HVAC, attending school for business management as well as an HVAC program. From this industry I learned commercial HVAC and how to handle large scale projects in all stages of construction as well as plumbing, electrical and project management. This led me into an opportunity to combine all my skills into starting up and Operating a business in the Raleigh Area, Mr. Handyman of NE Raleigh. Starting from conception to now Operating a successfull franchise of 12 staff as well as Operations Manager of a secondary franchise for oil change for the same owner. producing and an analyzed breakdown of business metrics, KPI's and P&L as well as creating and upholding annual budgets, forecasting growth and pulling on new contracts with third party vendors and maintaining relationships with clients. Currently looking to expand my horizons and take advantage of each opportunity during the lifetime of that opportunity.
