As a highly motivated, energetic, and focused professional I strive to learn and implement new technologies to better address current or forecasted technology concerns. Successfully implemented Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery server image process. Managed the installation and configuration of Terminal Servers, Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), IIS, SharePoint, SQL 2005, and Microsoft Business Solutions Dynamics AX. Responsible for the resolution of WINS, DNS, replication, and DHCP issues as well as updating all technical documentation for knowledge transfer. I configured and maintained Watchguard firewall appliances for local and remote offices, and established the branch Office VPN and maintained the Mobile User VPN software implementation for remote and mobile users.

Responsible for the delivery of in-house developed CRM solution for nation-wide customers. I supervised approximately 20 people, both technical and administrative. Responsibilities for this role also included managing the departmental budget. Modifying implementation processes and procedures made the greatest positive impact on the company financial objectives.
