In 2011 I was trained as an Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) Strategy Summit Facilitator. I facilitate strategy, planning and learning meetings for EO chapters and committees. The goal of any meeting is to build momentum, alignment and a plan to achieve success.

As a trained EO Accelerator Facilitator, I lead quarterly all-day training sessions for EO Accelerator participants in San Antonio. These quarterly, high-impact learning events give emerging business owners tools, knowledge, and skills to grow your business to more than $1 million (US) in annual revenue. The quarterly learning days are based on People, Finance, Strategy and Sales/Marketing.

The Chapter Development Committee (CDC) is responsible for chapter health and leads all eight Regional Councils across the globe. I will chair the committee for the 2013/2014 fiscal year for EO.

As the Global Membership Director for the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) I was responsible for member growth and integration for the entire organization. I had a global membership team of 9 Membership Directors (MD’s) in 8 time zones around the world. The global membership team finished the year with 1,705 new members, for a 21.9% gross growth. We hit our membership goal for all twelve months in the year (a first for EO.)

As the Regional Director for the US Central Region I served as the leader for the largest and fastest growing Region in EO for 2011/2012. The results of the 2011/2012 All Member Survey (AMS) ranked the US Central Region as the top region for Overall Value, and at the top of 7 of 9 categories for chapter experience. The previous year the Region was only ranked at the top of one category. The US Central Regional Council also successfully launched EO Kansas City and prepared for the launch of EO Fort Worth.

I served as Area Director (AD) for the largest Area in EO - US Central Region, South Central Area. The chapters included EO Oklahoma, EO Louisiana, EO Dallas, EO Austin, EO San Antonio and EO Houston.

Toolbox has received numerous awards for work in the areas of Christian publishing, financial services and branding.Rob has held numerous local, regional and global positions for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and is a trained EO Strategy Summit Facilitator and an EO Accelerator Instructor. In 2007, the San Antonio Business Journal selected Rob as one of San Antonio’s “40 Under 40.” In his spare time, Rob enjoys entertaining at his lake house where he typically treats guests to his slow cooked barbecue. And if he’s not at the lake house, you’ll likely find him working on lowering his golf handicap or traveling to some exotic location.
