I have over three years of work experience in tutoring, research, and science, and I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals and enhancing scientific knowledge. I have strong communication and analytical skills, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams. I am currently a tutor at Above-Grade Tutoring, where I assist high schoolers in a variety of subjects, and a junior scientist at BioPharmaSpec, where I conduct biophysical and biochemical analysis of pharmaceutical products.As a tutor, I use Above-Grade resources to supplement the high school curriculum and to teach students how to think more critically and creatively. I tailor my tutoring sessions to the individual needs and learning styles of each student, and I provide feedback and encouragement to help them improve their confidence and performance. As a junior scientist, I perform various laboratory tests and experiments, such as mass spectrometry, chromatography, and spectroscopy, to characterize the structure, purity, and stability of drug substances and products. I also document and report the results, and follow the standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
