Helped grow a fledging software & integrated hardware company initially focused on digitizing traffic tickets into the pre-eminent Parking Enforcement & Digital Permitting Software provider in the US, managing finance, strategy, partnerships, product, and operations. Aquired by T2 Systems / Thoma Bravo in late 2020, after achieving a nearly 60% CAGR in ARR over my tenure with the help of an incredibly talented team.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Led a debt restructuring effort with PNC bank which involved the purchase of outstanding senior loans and their subsequent sale. I worked closely with junior creditors, vendors and investors throughout the process to ensure an optimal outcome for all, and, once completed, effectuated a transition in ownership.

Greater New York City Area

Worked in L3 Support for an algorithmic trading unit. This involved supporting managers using the platform, as well as customizing reporting features on execution operations. I was transitioning to development within the same division before family drew me out of NYC.

Horsham, Pa

Developed the first iteration of UPSafety’s Android crash reporting product for PA customers, as well as numerous Android applications for the demonstration of new hardware products.
