CurrentI am responsible for performing a range of activities which include sampling water and sludge product for quality control, maintenance of equipment, problem solving to ensure that services are delivered on time and to the requisite cost and quality standards, training new employees, keeping electronic and paper records of orders, deliveries and on site results and supporting the Team Leader and other members with issues as they arise with other sites. My performance indicators are compliance with standards, accuracy of data gathering, appropriate use and maintenance of resources (such as equipment, chemicals, PPE, proficiency in the use of relevant IT systems and indentifying and reporting potential risks. I also meet with contractors, project teams and the Environment Agency to ensure that on-site standards are maintained.
