Keystone IT is a consulting firm, focusing on strategic planning for medical practices and schools.As an intern with Keystone, I work as a field technician at St. Dominic High School. During the summer of 2015, I worked at several schools installing access points and cleaning up PCs. As the field technician for St. Dominic High School, I assist with technical setup for events, provide direct technical support for school faculty and staff, assist our network team to diagnose network errors, monitor the web-filtering system, monitor the wireless network, and prepare/image computer labs.

As an OSP (Opportunity Scholar Program) Mentor, I provide students with support throughout the year. The OSP scholarship provides first-generation freshmen a full ride to UMSL. Some of my responsibilities include: monitoring progress throughout the semester, explaining campus resources, tutoring for a variety of courses, helping to improve study skills, and providing a smooth transition into college.

I supervise the computer lab, aiding students with both technical and academic issues as they arise.

As a SMART (Student Mentor and Recruitment Team) Intern I work closely with the admissions representative. I help organize freshmen orientation for the Honors College at UMSL as well as communicate with future and prospective students to aid them in their decision to choose UMSL and the Pierre Laclede Honors College.
