I am a Senior Technical Writer who leads and owns large-scale, complex information development activities to design, develop, and deliver a wide range of knowledge assets. I create and manage multiple types of content with multiple deadlines and expectations while also being a strong communicator and bridge between subject matter experts (SMEs) and customers in terms of helpful, consumable content.Being successful in a leadership role requires that I take on expanded responsibilities, including serving as a senior technical editor, content manager, content creator, project manager, and team liaison for internal and external resources. As I work across the enterprise, I build strong, sustainable relationships so that we can come together as a team producing mutually beneficial results for both internal teams and for our customers.
