To learn more, visit www.jabian.com.Relevant experience:- Served as Program and Project Manager for various initiatives ranging from $50k to $3M and focused on enhancing customer experience and self-service.- Managed the program budget (~$5M), executive stakeholder checkpoints, project initiation process, and oversight of multiple project managers. - Created and managed a project plan for multiple concurrent projects that covered requirements, design, development, deployment, business readiness, and communications.- Created and maintained weekly forecast model based on development backlog.- Produced a matrix that clearly defined timeline, customer segments, and entry/exit criteria for various product rollouts.- Led a team that created an internal HR dashboard that provided KPIs on HR workflows.- Performed analysis that identified key drivers that contributed to customer churn, and built a predictive model that provided proactive vs. reactive insight on at risk customers.
