After High school I joined the Army. I earned a G.I. Bill and used it to pay my way through undergraduate school at Francis Marion University. I received a BS in Biology with minors in Fiction Writing and Sociology. My first publication was with the FMU literary Journal "Snow Island Review." I worked as a high school science teacher for seven years before attending Full Sail University where I earned a MFA in Creative Writing for Visual Media. I have two more publications with the "Everafter Review" and "The Aviator." I work part time for an Independent comic company named Affinity Press.
