Sales And Support Representative
CurrentThis has been a very challenging and rewarding job position offering me multiple avenues of experience over the past 5 plus years. When I first started, the position was new with only a basic outlining role and duties. There was also no official training plan put into place for when I started. It really was up to me to make the position into what I wanted and that would most benefit my team of 5 people and the company. As my responsibilities grew, I was able to learn and contribute in multiple areas such as customer service, order entry, federal and state level compliance, social media and marketing, sales, trade shows, product development and much more. Here is a brief outline of my more specific responsibilities.• The lead customer service representative responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience to help drive repeat sales.• Federal compliance responsible for submitting formula’s and labels for approval with the Alcohol & Tobacco and Trade Tax Bureau• State compliance responsible for submitting and managing label approval, brand and territory assignment with distributors and our state permits and licenses to do business. • Lead creation through internal emails, phone calls and tradeshows. • Order entry and fulfillment. • Weekly and monthly reports such as sales reports, depletion reports and inventory reports• Assisted in the development and execution of social media and marketing campaigns.• Research and development of new products and product line extensions to ensure continued sales, new sales and brand recognition.• Research and development of formal presentations and business proposals for both internal company needs and customer needs.• Organized and shipped sales material and samples as needed to our partner distributors and retail buyers.
