On very short notice and in an extremely tight timeframe, Ryan successfully led us through a large documentation project required to satisfy contractual commitments with a major client.   The project involved the documentation of 600+ technical parameters, including the relationships among the parameters.  For this project, Ryan not only played the role of technical editor and writer, but he also effectively led cross-functional resources in the capacity of project manager. Ryan helped us during the initial stages of a strategic product launch.   Ryan expertly documented the design and concept of the product and enhanced the product through clarifying and insightful observations that went way above and beyond our expectations.  More than just capturing our thoughts, Ryan understood the business intent and enhanced and clarified.
