I am an experienced and motivated HR professional that has covered nearly all aspects of the HR spectrum over my career. I started my journey in HR by creating an HR department from the ground-up and handling all aspects of HR as a department of one. For the last couple of years I have stepped out into a new role with the 3rd largest reinsurer in the world, and this has allowed me to continue to learn and develop as an HR professional.The experience I gained as a department of one continues to be invaluable as my foundation, and has been key in my ability to integrate and contribute at a high level with a diverse group of HR professionals.
