Equipment And Inventory Coordinator
Current• Work as an Inventory Coordinator doing shipping and receiving, tag and labeling new equipment that is received, maintaining the centers inventory, as well as completing the monthly and annual audits, stage equipment for upcoming jobs, helping our technicians and movers load up with equipment for the days install, run our rental fleet, keep records for and scheduled the pick-up of customers x-ray tube heads for proper disposal per the state and FDA guidelines. • Work as an Equipment Coordinator, responsibilities include inputting orders as well as ordering the equipment for customers to arrive timely so that it will not cost our center for arriving to soon before the job. I process returns and credits as well as warranties for our reps and customers. I also look up and review work order notes and invoices for my management team as well as sales reps and pull any FDA and state paperwork being requested.• I also schedule job checks, installs, and putting our technicians in the best situations possible to service our customers as well as helping our dispatchers with any emergencies that would come up. I am in contact with our customers for job checks, installs and/or service issues that arise.• Other duties include preparing the open/closed order reports for the sales representatives and management team and created/maintained monthly calendar with all upcoming installs and employee vacation for the weekly equipment and technology meeting.
