- Co-manage onboarding of all permanent employees and international transfers in the Raleigh office. - Scope includes non-exempt employee through managing director level.- Responsible for Right to Work/Form I-9, background and drug screening, fingerprinting (FINRA), badging.- Plan and co-lead New Employee Orientation and Welcome Day events for Raleigh and New York (remotely).- Lead coordination between Talent Acquisition, management, and new joiner to ensure Day 1 success.- Conduct all visa re-verifications (Form I-9, Section 3) for current employees in the Raleigh office. - Key projects: Global Onboarding Process Alignment, New Employee Day 1 Communications Update

- Monitor end-to-end HR and IT provisioning process for all permanent employees and international transfers. - Scope includes non-exempt employees through director level. - Ensure Day 1 login success for employees, including HR record, personal IDs, and computer access.- Pro-actively manage any process or technical breaks or gaps in the provisioning process.- Liaise with 11 different HR and IT teams responsible to resolve issues and mitigate future occurrences. - Directly contact each new employee during first week to survey experience and troubleshoot issues.
