Ryan Darner is a UC College student studying Communications and Sociology. With these studies in tow, he can communicate, concisely, and professionally to have a positive face, while also being knowledgeable about the world around him and the general public.Ryan's greatest accomplishment at the beginning of his life was earning the Scouting rank of Eagle, through devoting himself to over 200+ hours of community service, developing his life skills as a leader, a follower, and as an individual, and by organizing, planning, following through a project built around the restoration of a Veteran's Memorial. Ryan's time spent as an In-n-Out Burger Associate has developed his skills immensely. The quality, friendliness, and cleanliness standards that In-n-Out requires are highly applicable to the rest of the world. Settling for less is not an option, if there is room to improve be sure to make it. Nothing can get in the way of making quality products and services. If there is an opportunity to go faster then the opportunity should always be capitalized on, however, nothing matters else matter if you can not work as a team, support your weakest links to watch them thrive, and strive to be a role model that people want to become.
