Solutions Architect for Clarity PPM at Rego Consulting. I have been on projects for a variety of organizations in the following industries: Manufacturing, Education, Financial/Banking, Publishing, Health Care, and Insurance.Current Project: On a long term (9+ year) project for a large US Government Agency. Responsible for functional configuration and guidance around PPM Best Practices. Project originated as a full re-implementation of Clarity PPM along with consulting to improve the current business process. Over the years this project has grown to include 2 additional instances of Clarity PPM for a total of 3 active instances.Recent Project Highlights:Most recently I have spent 2015 working with three clients. First was for a large telecommunications firm early in the year. I was involved with three separate projects on this account, two new implementations and then third project to add additional functionality to one of the implementations. In addition I have worked with two government agencies this year. One was a Provincial government in Canada and currently I am working on a project for a U.S. Federal Government agency. All three clients are using the Demand, Project, and Financial Management features of CA PPM. Two of the clients are also using Timesheets and we are hoping to implement timesheets with the third client in the near future.During the winter of 2013-2014 I was involved in a project with a large insurance firm. On this project my role involved defining and documenting all customization and configurations done to CA Clarity of the past few years by the client. In addition I worked to create training workshops for Clarity users to help them better understand the Task functionality in CA Clarity.
