He has a proven record of excellence in directing teams nationally and internationally to achieve successful outcomes.As Chief Legal Officer of Acrisure, Ryan oversees the legal department and coordinates with regional and functional general counsels on matters affecting over 500 Agency Partners and Acrisure’s Home Office. Ryan serves as an advisor to the senior leadership team on a range of legal, compliance and risk management functions that impact the company. He is also responsible for overseeing all internal and external legal activities.In his previous role as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Litigation, Ryan supervised a team of professional and paralegal staff and created an infrastructure that assisted in managing outside counsel and non-legal vendor spend, reporting and law firm panels.
