Responsible for opening nine Cannabis retail locations in the OKC metro area. Each location was handed over needing everything from license management, location build-out, fixture procurement and installation, IT procurement & installation, signage and curb appeal, hiring, and day to day operations. Each location was opened from the ground up and were producing a minimum of $5m yearly revenue per location. All locations were built to sustain a high volume of customer traffic and transactions while maintaining operational and physical security. Developed cash handling and product logistics best practices and worked with company ownership directly on a daily basis to ensure all goals were being met on target. Entities were sold mid-2023 with a 7x factor thanks to high quality residual foot traffic and highly loyal customer base.

Responsible for development of consulting operations for The Uptime Group. Includes directing consulting staff, development of service-delivery procedures, and work with The Board to ensure flawless execution of business growth strategies.

Work role includes direction of consulting staff, oversight of service-delivery operations, and client-relations work.

Initially responisble for developing the actual IT department and standard operating procedures. Job matured into directing daily IT operations, management of IT acqusitions, and management of IT policies. Involved with deep development of the FSD brand including trade show materials development, consumer targeting research, etc...Involvement with final sale of the entire organization including asset liquidation, tax liability mitigation, and consumer communications during the final operating week.

Involved with RoadRunner Cable Modem service nationwide rollout including the NE, NJ, and NY markets. Started as basic installation technician and quickly was moved to a higher level engineering position where my skills would better serve Time Warner. Worked with initial residential service rollouts including visits to new client homes to check on service levels and perform field engineering maintenance.

Contracted position helping FDR cut their distributed Nortel Option 11/13 system over to a centralized system at their new campus on 72nd & Pacific streets in the Ak-Sar-Ben complex. Work included validating existing superloops and performing consolidation tasks to route them back to the new main Ak-Sar-Ben campus. Involved with site-wide weekend cutovers, equipment swaps, and work with vendors and carriers to ensure adeqaute infrastructure was in place for each campus.

Responsible for IT break/fix duties as assigned by the Corporate Support Center. During course of employment my position was changed twice to ensure that I only worked on higher-level issues for management and executive staff memebers.

Involved with ground-floor startup of local dialup Internet Service Provider during the "internet boom" period in the mid-1990's. My work included administration of BSDi/Linux based server farm, interactions with various telecommunications providers, directing the customer help desk services, and ensuring quality service delivery to residential and business end-users.Assisted with company re-alignment to target business-based consumers with dedicated Internet access services and web development and hosting services.
