With a degree in English and a gift for creating music, I work best in customer facing roles where my communication skills and charisma allow me to flourish. I have held typical office jobs doing administrative work on one hand and offering five-star customer support on the other. I have served my time in retail (5 years at GAP). I have call center experience with Lowe's Home Improvement, where it was my job to manage contractors, setup deliveries, and schedule appointments for the installation services team. I've worked on two different college campuses in warehouse and shipping/receiving roles. Currently, I work for a great company doing tier 1 customer support in the SaaS world. I love learning new programs, systems, and tools, and I love teaching other users best practices and methods for better productivity in the programs that I support. My passions are creating and giving back to the world. I want to help other people because it is a great way for me to grow and succeed. I'm working on an album of epic hybrid-orchestral music that I hope to release before the end of the year. Right now I love my work in support, but some day I hope to push my limits and learn more about audio and sound design and perhaps jump into the world of game and media composition.
