Had the pleasure of opening a Four Seasons in my hometown with some of the finest employees in the world!Director for Swank Audio Visuals at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. Oversee AV department, responsible for coordination and planning of all events held at hotel requiring AV Support, Sales and/or consultation.Responsible for generating just over $500,000 in annual audio visual sales. (Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, 2008 -2009)Manage a wide range of clientele with the pre-event, event and post-event phase of corporate level meetings, conventions and catering functions. Experienced with handling the special needs of National Sports Teams (NFL, NHL & MLB), Worldwide Government officials, and other VIP clients and speakers. Assist Sales and Catering departments with securing conventions, meetings and catering events through audio visual sales, creative marketing, and video production.Exceed monthly budget goals and drive sales while maintaining Swank Audio Visuals high level of customer service and satisfaction.Manage onsite Swank Audio Visuals staff of Technicians, Coordinators and Assistant Directors.Manage and oversee Swank Audio Visuals Business Center. (staffed and non-staffed)Exceed monthly budget goals and drive sales while maintaining Swank Audio Visuals high level of customer service and satisfaction.Responsible for interviewing, hiring and conducting performance reviews for all Swank Audio Visual employees located at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.Professional understanding of audio visual equipment: PowerPoint, video production (cameras/switchers/LCD projection), audio equipment (microphones, mixing boards) lighting and rigging equipment (theatrical and video/film production).Professional understanding of Hotel operations and management at Four & Five Diamond properties. Extensive experience in: event planning both in and out-of-doors, hotel convention services departments and hotel engineering departments.
