At 17 years old I decided to venture out and take the required classes to earn my real estatelicense. After finishing the coursework, I started to work out of Keller Williams. In the beginning,it was tough only being 18 years old... trying to gain my clients trust with one of their biggestpurchases or sales of their life. Regardless of the challenges, I never gave up and was blessed toclose over a million dollars in sales in my first year and earn rookie of the month. After my firstyear, I decided to venture out further and create and own my own team, "The Hartman Team"under Keller Williams. After creating a team, I have closed a 2nd year rookie record of 7 milliondollars in volume. Besides the sales volume, we earned a Certificate for Listing Volume of over 1million in a month, Top listing volume for the month, Top listing units for the month and Ifinished 2022 as a top 30 realtor in the company.
